Boilers Boiling
Our first day of real cold (high only mid 40s today) and the new units are taking care of business. Still need some balancing in rooms, though. Too hot in some, too cold in others.

Hallway
The library hallway is supposed to get a drop ceiling added to cover all of this new stuff. The air handler up there is just about finished with the wiring.
Big Day
Pipe commissioning is supppsed to be today (I believe this is where the phrase 'in commission' comes from). That means we are getting really close to being able to turn on heat at will. As you can see the new boilers are much smaller than the old ones.

Superheroes!
Custodial crew started working on the rooms this week. 304 is already looking good. Amazing what they are getting done when we didn't know how it could get done!

More Prep Work
Ducts are just about complete now. The room in the foreground being jackhammered will be for the inside air handlers. Where there used to be a water fountain and ice maker, there will now be doors. We will relocate the other items.
Projections right now are that staff will be able to get back in the week before school starts. It will be tight, for sure!
